1. Product Returns (Mobiles, Laptops & Accessories)
- Returns are accepted within at least 14 days after receipt of the order.
- Products must be returned in the same condition, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- This includes both new and used devices, even if sold "as-is," unless they are faulty.
- Faulty products reported within the return period will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened or used:
- Mobile accessories such as screen protectors, covers, and cases
- Earphones/headphones for hygiene reasons
- Software or digital licenses, once activated or delivered
Please ensure compatibility and satisfaction before opening these items.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) are issued within 5โ10 business days to the original payment method.
- In some cases, store credit or product exchange may be offered as an alternative.
4. Service Refunds (Repairs)
- Repair services are non-refundable once completed, unless the same issue reoccurs due to our fault within the warranty period.
- If the repair cannot be completed, a full or partial refund may be granted depending on the case.
5. Warranty
- Devices may include a 2-year warranty (as applicable under Portuguese law).
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or user negligence.
- Covered faults will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on assessment.
